Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with private pool in a fenced in backyard. Just a 12 minute drive to the perfect Lido Key Beach and St. Armands Circle, and a 7 minute drive to the heart of Downtown Sarasota, this house is the ideal place for your next relaxing vacation or extended stay.
Sarasota is our favorite place to visit over and over; the decorations and attention to details in this home are evidence of just that. This house is conveniently located for access to all parts of Sarasota.
The space
This newly renovated house is spacious and has everything you need to feel right at home while enjoying beautiful, sunny, Sarasota. The backyard is private with a heated pool and the house is perfectly located so you will be close to beaches, shops, grocery stores and downtown nightlife.
