With immediate access to the well-known legacy trail, people enjoy the opportunity to take a peaceful morning walk or jog or play pickleball at the public park next door. Located 12 minutes from downtown and approximately 15-20 minutes from Siesta Key and Lido Beach! Enjoy a short ride to St. Armands Circle for fun shopping, dining, and events. Next to Pinecraft- ice cream shops, family style dining.
Our home has a nice back yard to sit in the sun or rest in the shade.
