An open concept first floor offers a spacious bedroom with two twin beds and a master ensuite, a well laid out living room with a bay window seating area, a full in kitchen dining set up as well as a top of the line kitchen with high end finishes including a large gas range.

The outside space offers a private driveway that fits two cars, a garage that fits an additional two cars, a covered walkway that passes through a completely enclosed court yard, as well as a large from porch.

The upstairs offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a small room with a full sized crib and fan in it for small children to sleep comfortably and peacefully.

This home is only rented for football games and high demand weekends. Otherwise it is a full time residence. With it being such, it offers all of the necessities of everyday life such as a fully stocked kitchen, cable and wifi, etc.
