Retreat at Union Creek I is a luxury duplex in Copper Mountain’s exclusive Lewis Ranch neighborhood, perfectly located across from the Lumber Jack Lift and a quick walk to Union Station for easy access to ski school. With its modern mountain-chalet style, this spacious home offers an ideal layout for comfort and privacy. Gather in the inviting living spaces, enjoy meals around the oversized kitchen with bar seating, and take advantage of a dedicated workspace for remote needs. In summer, Copper Mountain becomes an adventure playground with hiking, biking, ATV trails, golf, whitewater rafting, and more.

Additional amenities at Retreat at Union Creek I include a private rooftop hot tub, a cozy fireplace, a recreation room with a wet bar and foosball table, and an outdoor deck with a gas grill—perfect for post-ski relaxation and summer evenings. Guests also have access to a complimentary, on-call shuttle service during prime dates for easy transportation around Copper Mountain.

Really great place

Went for a ski trip and this place is truly ski in/ski out. Great jacuzzi on the upper level. Kitchen fully stocked. Great communication with the rental management company. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was very well stocked. It was clean. Great hot tub. Great location. It is four levels so members of your group have some privacy. The main open living area is terrific. There is another great room for the kids to hangout. We were there in July but for skiers-the lift is very convenient to access.

Fantastic Property!!

We came to Copper Mountain for a family ski trip- not only was Copper the perfect mountain town, this TRUE ski in / ski out was perfection! Directly across from Lumberjack Lift and a small hill, our kids enjoying sledding on the hill every day before skiing out. The views from the 3rd floor balcony and hot tub were breathtaking! We WILL be renting again!

Reports needed

The house is very nice but in need of many repairs. Many windows would not work, the barbecue needed a thorough cleaning, the ice maker did not work, the railings on the top floor around the jacuzzi were in need of repair, for they were unstable and somewhat dangerous. The stone block at the stairs at the front door was crumbling and the woodwork around the house needed cleaning and oil due to dryness. The hot water usually took 10 minutes to reach the top floor bathroom.

Chrissy was quite helpful and accommodating. She sent me all the info regarding this place and we checked in that same day.The house was clean and well stocked. A bit disappointed in the condition of the carpeting and generally the flooring throughout the house. The carpet was bleach stained everywhere and the wood floors seemed weathered in spots.Some shower heads were leaking or had low water pressure. The refrigerator would not keep the food as cold as one would expect. General maintenance issues.The deck and outdoor space were pleasant.The property management team was great at communicating, making us feel welcomed and offering help.This was our 2nd choice for location but it worked out as it was a convenient drive to Vail Village which we visited both days. Not much available in the neighborhood as far as markets.coffee shops, etc. We needed medicine for a child and had to drive to Frisco to get some.The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Overall a good choice.Thank you!

Great place to stay for a Copper ski trip!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Copper and we loved it. Great mountain and a great rental property that was steps from the mountain. Right outside the convenient ski/mud room, you can be on the slopes and ski down to a place to get tickets and then a lift to start your day. The house was huge compared to what we usually get in Vail - more for your money at Copper! The 2 car garage was convenient and the hot tub was amazing. We were always cozy thanks to the radiant heating. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning and the bathrooms were well stocked. The hot tub specific towels were great. We were there for some really cold weather and I wish there had been a thermometer outside the kitchen window. Also, had an incident with the neighbor who was parked right behind the garage and was reluctant to move his truck. But none of this changed the fact that the house was perfect! I gave the furniture 4 stars because the dining room chair seats sink in the center like a donut. They could use repair or replacement. Thanks for a great stay!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was suitable, but not the best we've stayed in. Several maintenance issues that should have been taken care of, most importantly, the broken deck railing for the rooftop hot tub. This is an obvious safety concern that shouldn't wait until spring to fix - there are still guests at risk. Another complaint would be missing items in the kitchen that should be a standard - like dish cloths and dish soap. A few more minor issues, but still a constant annoyance, was really small trash cans in the bathrooms and poorly working sink drains. Also, we had no notice that a company employee would be entering the house mid-week to check the hot tub. He simply rang the doorbell and entered the house and all of a sudden was standing in the living room. Nice guy, but a notice that was going to happen would have been appreciated.
