Welcome to "Magnolia House by the Bay," a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bath home alongside Bayou Lacroix and the Jourdan River. With sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests and ample parking, it's an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.

For those who love fishing, our property allows you to cast your line right from the dock or bring your own boat -- you're less than 10 minutes away from Bay Marina, where you can conveniently launch your boat, refuel, and stock up on bait. We have two crab traps for guest use to drop right off the dock.

Take a short 6-mile drive to Old Town, where you'll discover charming main street shopping and a variety of restaurants. You're also within easy reach of the excitement of the casinos, the beauty of the beach, and the cultural vibrancy of New Orleans, which is just an hour's drive away.

The property is very clean and well equipped. The area was quiet and relaxing while convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. If you have a boat, there is a launch nearby and a dock to tie-up to at the property.Our family would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Extremely clean, rooms and kitchen had everything we needed but were not cluttered at all. Plenty of space for our family of 5. My son loved having a basketball hoop on the driveway. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and spacious, just about everything you need. The owner was awesome and checked in seeing if we needed anything. Neighbors in the blue house next were super nice. I would definitely rent it again. Boat ride to the bay wasn't too bad either. The absolute only thing the house didn't have was a fish cleaning station (only matters if your a fisherman). Everything else was great! Thanks again!

Great location, beautiful home

Our stay was great! Home is very clean and fully furnished! Great location and just minutes from restaurants and beach. The beds are quite firm so if you’re not used to that I’d suggest bringing a topper. We enjoyed it and will consider this home again.

Great Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great weekend stay at Magnolia house. The property served as a great base for our boating weekend. We utilized the nearby public launch and then the dock at the house to keep our boat moored up each night. The house had everything we needed and was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great stay!

We booked this house last minute for our Fourth of July weekend. The house was perfect for our crew - 6 adults, 1 child. House is well stocked, clean, and spacious. Great location, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint as a whole, the mattresses were a little hard for our liking. Our host, Emily, was great to work with and communicated quickly.

Magnolia House

We enjoyed our stay at The Magnolia House. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with extras. We launched our boat at the public launch and docked the boat at the house. There’s plenty room for parking for large vehicles and boat trailer. We would definitely stay there again.
