This free standing building looks upon a pickleball court The space: open, skylights, recessed lighting, vaulted ceiling, polished concrete floor, Retro kitchenette Complete privacy, quiet surroundings. Best St Louis locale.: walk to Clayton shops and dining. There is nothing like it .Not to be missed!
The space has a center living room with sofa and 75 inch TV, Queen size bed with Nectar mattress Separated by walls on one side is a Retro Kitchenette with fridge 2 coffee makers microwave , hot pot toaster, on other side is a full bathroom with walk in shower. Guests have full private access to the guesthouse Guests may use the pickleball court upon request( paddles and balls available) There is a private drive to park a car with a walkway leading directly to the guesthouse in the back of the property
