This property was as advertised! Would stay here again. It was clean and restful! It was a great stop between the Ark Encounter and the Creation museum. Thanks Dave for hosting us while we were in Kentucky for the pastors conference at the Ark.

Nice, well stocked clean home with large beds!!! Although it’s an old home, it has been nicely updated. The host could not have been any better…great communication and very helpful. Will be back next year!

This was by far one of my favorite homes I’ve stayed in. The location was ideal for the Ark and Creation museum. We travel with our kids so a safe neighborhood is always important and we all felt safe in the area. The owners thought of everything, we did not need anything while we were there, all the touches make it feel very homey.

The home was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. David was a great help in restaurant recommendations and checked in with us after we arrived to ask if we needed anything. If we are ever up that way again, we would definitely stay again.

Great vacation home within a half hour of both the Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum. Very clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. David was a great host who communicated well both before and during our stay to assure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this VRBO home.

The home was perfect for our itinerary to visit the Ark and Creation Museum, right in the middle of both and close to the airport. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The home was warm and inviting (I loved the decor!), and provided anything we could have needed. The extra room AC units was a plus for us Texas folks! As was mentioned by other reviewers, the stairs are steep (normal in a home of this age) and all bedrooms are upstairs, so could be a little difficult for some. The periodic train noise was never an issue and the parking space was also nice. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was so nice! It was clean, well decorated, had great kitchen equipment, and extremely comfortable for our family. Our daughters said it was the prettiest house they'd ever stayed in! We did go to the Ark and Creation Museum and it was perfectly located.

This house is in a great location for visiting The Ark, Creation museum, we also went to the Newport Aquarium, and a beautiful vineyard, and enjoyed the house in between, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great communication with owner.

The house was just as described. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable for our party of 7, four adults, three children. The beds were comfortable. The house/kitchen was clean and well stocked. Location to dinning, the Ark and Creation museum was nice. The only time we ever heard train noise was once while using the outdoor area, train was not an issue at all. The hosts were very helpful and easy to contact. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Was close to the train track, But we were never bothered by the train, There were so many things I liked about this cozy house. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prep our meals, Plenty of Pans, Plates, and Utensils. The decor of this home made me smile when I walked in, Because it was just what I wanted in a home away from home. Plenty of AC to keep these Texans cool to sleep, And a nice working heater when the temps dropped. Every bit of this home was a smile. Thank you for a Great stay

We had an amazing stay! David was a phenomenal host from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for things to do and great places to eat, which made our trip even more enjoyable. After we arrived, he also checked in to make sure everything met our needs and we were settling in comfortably. We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and were able to spend the weekend with my sister and brother-in-law. The location was perfect, it was about halfway between both of our homes, making it an ideal place to gather. We were able to spend quality time together, relax and make wonderful memories. It truly made my birthday celebration even more special.The home was beautiful, spotless and had all the comforts of a home. It was well equipped, comfortable, and made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We truly appreciated David's hospitality and attention to detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!
