Hi Rohan,
We appreciate your feedback. However, we must address some inaccuracies. You requested to cancel the booking, claiming the rooms were insufficient for two families and that there were only two air conditioners. It's important to note that all these details were clearly stated in our advertisement.
You then asked us to cancel the booking under the pretense of being unable to reach the property due to a natural disaster, hoping for a refund. We even facilitated that. I’m just wondering how you know the property is not clean if you could never reach it. We have all video footages and audio from our surveillance cameras to prove it.
Regarding the property, you mentioned that the third-floor staircase was dusty. This area is not a main part of the rental property, but we were still willing to clean it.
It appears you were seeking a full refund by finding faults. You booked at a very economical rate, ($20 per 6 people) yet your expectations were unrealistically high. Due to this experience, we have decided to stop hosting through VRBO for USA clients.
