Master bedroom offers a king sized bed and full bath with stand shower. Second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and ensuite full bath. Enjoy all that quaint, quiet island life has to offer! East end location puts you within 1.5 mi to the Sea Lab, Estuarium, historic Civil War-era fort, ferry landing, Audubon Nature Preserve, sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, and Magnolia Park, as well as the island bike path.
Complex amenities offer an outdoor swimming pool and boardwalk to the beach.
