Welcome to our family friendly beachfront condo, a haven for beach enthusiasts and surfers alike, nestled directly in front of three of Baja's finest surf breaks: Zippers, The Rock, and Old Mans. Newly renovated in late 2023, this unit boasts modern features including noise-canceling windows and sliding doors, ensuring a peaceful stay amidst the coastal charm.
Your stay includes high-speed WiFi, a heated pool, jacuzzis, rooftop tennis court + pickleball court (equipment provided), AC, free parking, in-unit washer and dryer, 24/7 security, a gym, grill, surf locker and private balcony.
Guests will enjoy full access to the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, complete with a private balcony featuring a BBQ and comfortable patio furniture. Direct beach access awaits, with the gate code provided upon booking. Nearby, discover three beachfront restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store just a 5-minute drive away, while downtown SJD is a short 15-20 minute drive. A detailed Welcome Book is provided upon booking with recommendations.
The condo comes fully stocked with all your cooking needs, as well as coffee maker, coffee, tea, Nespresso machine with pods, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Also included is aluminum foil, saran wrap, Ziplock bags (all sizes), vacuum sealer and bags, blender, toaster and filtered water.

Other things to note
Every beachfront condo backs the highway, there will be some inevitable road noise. We provide noise machines in each bedroom to help subside the noise. If you are a light sleeper we recommend bringing ear plugs. This condo has double pane windows and sliding doors which help subside the noise compared to other condos.
To ensure that all residents enjoy their stay at Las Olas, the Homeowners Association asks that everyone read and comply with the following:
NO KIDS UNDER 13 ALLOWED IN THE JACUZZI
When you arrive, please register at the security gate so that security will know that you are an authorized resident.
Water and electricity are both in short supply and expensive, please conserve both.
No storage on patios. Patios should be kept clean at all times.
Laundry, bedding, rugs, towels, swimwear, etc., must not be hung from the balcony rails or visible clotheslines.
No pets are allowed by renters or guests.
Quiet hours are between 10:00pm through 8:00am.
Pool hours are between 7:00am through 10:00pm.
The amenities are for the use of the owners, renters and their guests (guests must be with a renter or owner at all times) only.
The gym is for adults exercise only. Please turn the air conditioner off when finished.
Tennis court by reservation. Limit of one hour play if people are waiting.
Parking - one vehicle is permitted per condo. Please park within lines.
Comply with rules posted at pool and hot tub. Children must be kept under control and supervised.
Please don’t take dishes or glassware out of the condo - use the plastic cups provided.
All party’s or events must have prior written approval from the manager.
There is a limit of 2 guests per condo. More than 2 guests will need prior approval from the manager.
Do not leave your surfboard on the grass. All surfboard and personal items must be stored inside condos, condos decks or in lockers.
Use your access card or enter the code to get in the property, do not jump the wall.
Please put garbage in a closed plastic bag and deposit it in the designated area at the parking lot. Help us recycle.
Do not leave food exposed, as it could attract insects.
Lock all doors when you are out and at night.
Drones are not allowed in the property.
POOL/JACUZZI RULES
Pool hours are 7am-10pm.
No children under 13 allowed in the jacuzzi.
No children under 13 allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
Babies under 2 must wear swimming diapers.
Guests must rinse off before entering.
No running or diving.
No beach toys/boards in the pool.
Do not remove lounges from pool area.
LAS OLAS CONSTRUCTION TIME
Construction time at Las Olas Condominiums is between August 1-October 15. If you are booking in these months, please be mindful that there may be loud noise between 9am-5:30pm for all units in both buildings.
Please note that the HOA can schedule emergency construction projects at any time of the year, which is out of our hands. We will do our best to inform you as soon as we are informed of any projects.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
