Enjoy peaceful lake living elevated by gorgeous water and mountain views throughout the changing seasons; sits directly across from a private, deeded access only, shared beach and dock. This lovely cottage is minutes away from Jordan's general store, Sportsman's Kitchen and Keg restaurant, post office, and local library. Just 30 minutes to the Maine Mall and surrounding shopping towns such as: Windham Center, Scarborough, Gorham, and 40 minutes to the dining metropolis which is downtown Portland; enjoy all the activities and attractions Greater Portland and Casco Bay have to offer. Prime location to enjoy a sunset paddle boat ride, kayaking, swimming, leaf peeping during daily walks or bicycle rides, and hiking. Enjoy the winter months while snowshoeing or skiing at Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) among other winter offerings through LL Bean. Cottage includes 4 bedrooms: one King bed and one Queen bed on first floor, two full beds in an upstairs bedroom, and one full & one twin bed in the other upstairs bedroom. One and half new clean bathrooms. Full, new kitchen complete with new appliances, floors, and windows. Also boosts new 4 season porch, deck, gas fireplace, heat pumps, outdoor patio with additional relaxing seating area and dining, and last but not least a fire pit for roasting smore's. NON smoking. NO pets.
