NEWLY BUILT COTTAGE by Big Sebago 3br + loft, beach, Salt water hot tub,
NEW construction private home, sleeps 6 - 4 bedroos with 1 full and 1 half bath. - BRAND NEW salt water hot tub and patio installation in May 2025. Pristine cottage/camp style home quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, build completed in 2024. Lots of room to spread out with 4 cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, full, and 2 twin beds. We have a living room on the main floor and a large family room in the lower level which is great for watching movies. With amenities like AC, WiFi, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. House is 1800 sq feet. Beach is shared with 3 other homes and is a 3 minute walk away. 1 side of 16 ft dock available. 2 kayaks..8 and 10 ft. 1 Paddle board. 30 mins to Portland ME. 2 TVs, one 55 inch. WIFI, full kitchen with all you need to cook. Dog ok with approval and pet fee. Hiking, restaurants, ice fishing minutes away. Skiing is 30 minutes away.

We do not provide beach towels.
This house does not have a dishwasher.
Mooring available - with approval
We have a few lifejackets and advise you bring your own.
Driveway parks 4 cars or trucks
Grocery store is 10 minutes away.
Convenience store/ ice cream is 5 minutes away.
Plenty of restaurants and bars which are all 10 to 20 minutes away in Standish, Cornish Windham and Naples.
Several hiking trails nearby.
Closest major city Portland, Maine is 30 minutes away by car.
Small low capacity washer and dryer.
Occupancy no more than eight overnight guests total.
Board games available at the house.
Professional cornhole board
Hot tub must be turned off and covered after each use. Children under 8 are not allowed in the hot tub.
