Let's start from the top in this creative townhome. With unobstructed views of the city from your fourth floor roof top deck, you will love seeing the Nashville skyline lit up at night. Step down one level and you will find two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and your flex space. The kitchen and dining level features an open space with 10ft ceiling height, a full bedroom and a full bathroom. Downstairs, find your fourth full bedroom and full bathroom along with the utility room, large coat closet and access to the two-car garage. Please note that the community grills are serviced through the hoa and we can not guarantee they will be fully functional at all times. Please tests the grills before purchasing groceries that are dependent upon grilling.

School Trip

We were looking for a large house for a school trip. This House was perfect for our group! Tons of rooms & beds. Not only that, but the beds were very comfortable! Kitchen had all the basics for us to cook our own meals. The house was spotlessly clean & we loved staying here! We especially loved that there was a two car garage so we didn't have to park on the street as the house was located in a sketchy-er part of town. Only one small issue: I didn't receive the check-in instructions. Once I messaged someone they quickly replied and send the instructions over. Super easy to check-in after that. Great stay! Would stay here again!

Awesome for a large group.

The property allowed 13 family members to stay in one place. Plenty of seating and the kitchen is stocked well. There is a Kroger near by and will deliver which was a bonus.

Celebrating my daughter's 21st Bday!

We all loved this place! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and plenty of rooms for us all. Wish we could have used the rooftop, but we hope to be back!

Birthday In Nashville

This property was perfect for our girls getaway celebrating a 21st and 50th birthday! This townhouse was roomy, clean and met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were large. The rooftop deck was amazing! Very easy to get to all of the happenings in downtown Nashville!
