The privet guest suite has all you need for a comfortable stay in Silicon Valley. It features a living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and two bedrooms that face a shared outdoor garden. The sitting area in the garden is the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or dinner with some friends. The BBQ and fire pit are also great for having dinner outside on warm nights.
This guest suite locates in a central but quiet neighborhood in Fremont, a 5-minute walk from Fremont central park with a beautiful lake, walking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds, and Aqua Adventure Waterpark. Major freeways, restaurants, and shops are a short drive from the property.

-Turn off TV/receiver -Close and LOCK all windows (including the bathroom window). -Make sure the garage gate is closed & the garage side door is locked -Leave 1 entry key on the dining table

-Lock the entry door -Close the small gate -Place the other entry key in the safe lock box using the code provided in our listing -Send us a message when you leave the house

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park on the left side of the driveway (preferred, since parking on the street may be limited), to not block the garage gate
