1 Block to Sombrero Beach, 70' waterfront w/ dockage. 3 Bedrms 3 baths. Large deck for cooking out. Direct access to the Atlantic. 65" TVs in all rooms. Enjoy your mornings by starting at our Coffee bar for Coffee, Cappuccino or a Latte. Everything you need is included with Sugar, coffee and creamers. Our home is fully furnished with all the essentials. We even include Kayaks, Bikes and Fishing Poles as well as Corn Hole and Giant Jenga. VR License No: VACA -20-147

3 Bedrooms. 1 Large bedroom has 2 beds.

Bikes and Kayaks are included at the house for your stay.

We also provide basic fishing gear.

We have a 2018 Robalo R247 boat that is available to rent with our home.

We are in the Sombrero Beach Neighborhood. The most popular beach in Marathon. This house is also close to Publix, Winn Dixie and all the popular local restaurants.

Beautiful location

We absolutely loved the house. The layout was perfect. We spent most of our time outside on the porch area. We loved fishing and kayaking around the channels. It was a beautiful area and very easy to get around.

Great location

Our children walked out onto the dock every morning and enjoyed fishing and kayaking. A short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The layout of the house was perfect for adults to have their own time and space after the littles went to bed. Would highly recommend!

This house was fantastic. All amenities were provided unlike previous properties we've rented. Felt like we were at home the entire time. Beautiful House

This house is beautifully decorated, the coffee bar is adorable! Outdoor space is relaxing, accommodates seven easily, we even caught a shark off the canal front! Sat in hot tub every night and walked to beach every morning. House was fully stocked and super clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely House

Loved this house - looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room for our family. Stocked with anything you could need. 5 min walk to a beautiful beach (which I heard was rare in the Keys). We had a great time on the boat fishing every day. 5 min drive to 2 grocery stores. We would love to come back and stay again!
