Kendal was an amazing host! She texted when the house was ready and was very responsive to my texts back to her. She even included basic items in the fridge for us to use and tips on where to find grocery stores and restaurants, etc. The house was perfect and very cute and clean. The views are incredible! Definitely a great place to stay to golf, swim, and go boating!

We loved the place. Great for our family and the property was perfect. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful. We went in the fall so the pool wasnt open but we were there for Ironman 70.3 and was great to get in and out of the city of Richland. The host was AMAZING!! she was so responsive and even bought me a gift for my first Ironman! THANK YOU! This is a place you don't want to miss - highly recommend!

Lovely, private setting. Comfy beds. Clean! Sliding door needs repaired/replaced- off track and hard to wrangle. Check in and out easy with great communication from property management.

Perfect golf course retreat! We loved our stay at this property. Panoramic views of the hills on the other side of the river and views of some golf course fairways, tee boxes and greens. Property feels very private. My sweet beagle enjoyed the totally fenced yard. House is extremely comfortable and clean; decorated in a contemporary boho style. Kendal thoughtfully provided some treats for us in the refrigerator. Couldn’t ask for more!
