This cute and tidy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (and pull out sofa) is off S. Atlantic Ave right next to the beach.! Cable, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom, DVD player and WiFi included. Washer/dryer in unit and also an outdoor shower. Walk/bike to Flagler Ave, shopping at Indian River Complex, Walgreens or to the beach. Enjoy beach living!

Even though it is small, for two people, we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean when we got there. Enjoyed our stay.

I spent two months at this “gem” and it was wonderful!! Perfect location - VERY close to beach (2-3 minute walk) and easy walk or drive to the downtown and Canal Street areas. Perfect size for two people. Nice outdoor patio to wind down the day. Other reviews commented about having noise or awkwardness of the owners in the upstairs unit. This was NOT our experience. They are delightful people, quiet as church mice and not awkward at all. I hope to stay here again next winter!!
