When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease. The 1st level is ideal for entertaining the whole family with a living space and sliding glass doors out to the Patio and Pool. Outside you will find a lovely Pool & Spa to relax in. You also can grill up your favorite meals with the gas grill.

The 1st floor also hosts a guest bedroom with a Queen Bed and a bunk bed with a TV. Another bedroom with a Queen bed features beautiful sliding glass doors out to the patio and a TV. There is a Full Bathroom in between the bedrooms with a shower/tub combo. This level also contains the laundry room and an office area.

You may take the elevator or staircase to the 2nd floor, which boasts an expansive open-concept living, dining and kitchen. Brew your favorite cup of coffee in the coffee pot or the Keurig. But the true show-stopper is a breathtaking wall of sliding glass doors facing the lake. This is an ideal spot for the whole family to gather and recharge.

The master suite is also on 2nd level. The large Master features a plush King bed and access to the private balcony and private bathroom. The master bathroom showcases double vanities, separate shower, and soaking tub.

Take the stairs or the elevator up to the 3rd level with the 4th Queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The 3rd floor Balcony is like no other in the community. This expansive space has room for everyone to hang out, whether you want to lounge in the sun or read a book in the shade.

When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach. There are also a few bikes stored in the garage for you to enjoy.
