Two bedrooms, One bath. Part of a duplex. Great location on the island, short walk to the world-class beach, two and half blocks away. Comes with beach wagon and chairs, and umbrella for a great beach stay. Very relaxing place, great location for your vacation. Free trolley to everywhere on the island. Parking space provided. Garage has washer and dryer. The island has great restaurants, a great FREE transportation system, and a great vibe overall. You will love it.

Excellent Host and Property

This trip we rented two properties; this one and another bigger house closer to the beach owned by a corporate group. The differences were night and day. While the bigger one was very "high-end", it was devoid of any personal touches and extras we've come to expect from a rental (coffee filters, garbage bags, dish washing gear, sharp knives, etc.) This one had everything and more than expected and was an excellent value. My wife and I used it as a get away from the kids and grand kids. It's a ten-minute walk to the beach, and is quiet and safe. It's on the main drag, but noise was never a problem. The only warning I'll give is for the visibility of the glass-topped coffee table. My failing vision made it easy to "bark" my shins on it until I marked out its perimeter with four books on the corners. Best host and property ever. Perfect hide-away from the kids. We'll be back.
