the condoe a masterbedsuite with an extra wide double bed incl.boxspring mattresses, Smart TV, a private bathroom with shower or shower tub and WC, as well as a large and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two single beds each, as well as its own spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. All bathrooms are new and equipped to a high standard.

Towels and bed linen are sufficiently available for use .
Beach utensils such as sun loungers, umbrellas and chairs are also sufficiently available

The kitchen are fully equipped: Dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, icemaker, washing machine and dryer.
The living and dining area is high quality and fully furnished. The entire condo us tiled in all rooms and therefore very suitable for allergy sufferers.

Free Highspeed Internet incl. W-Lan can be received and used in both apartments. Free phone calls within USA and Canada are also possible and already included in the price.

Fantastic place to stay on Anna Maria Island!

We’ve just got back from a lovely week’s stay in Alexandra’s gorgeous apartment. It has a fabulous beachy feel and everything is thought of to make this the perfect home from home! We definitely hope to be back again very soon :)

This is a first floor condo , one flight up . Well stocked, lots of info on Anna Maria provided ! Loved it, will rent again! Note: very convenient to the pool.

Perfect for what we needed!

Everything was great here. Close to the Trolly and walking distance to a lot of places. It had everything we were looking for. Alexandra was very quick to respond to anything we needed. The checkout/cleaning process was super quick and easy!

Fab & fun at the beachy getaway

Loved the condo. Very ocean beachy restful feel. Very well equipped inside. Storage locker with everything you could need for the beach. Excellent location being super close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Our kids loved the pool just steps away too. Owners were very friendly and incredibly responsive. Fab vacation. Highly recommended!

Dear Normand, We are sorry, if you didn’t like the stay on Anna Maria Island. We were a bit surprised, that we received your 1 star rating minutes after your departure instead of a personal email with a feedback after or during a barely three-week stay. Your emails did not show you were dissatisfied. Since we ourselves stayed in the condo a few days before your arrival, checked all the fittings, bathrooms, air conditioning and filter, lights etc, we can not understand the statement "needs maintenance". Of course, some things always can get broken. We apologize that one of three bulbs in the bedroom fan was broken. This was exchanged during your stay upon your email by an electrician. We have been working with MikeNormanRealty and our cleaning crew for years but for sure will contact them about your concers. As owners we have no influence on odors in the environment and nature , which might arise for example by a Red Tide. But giving an 1 star rate due to this is very unfair. We would have appreciated an information about your concers not only in your review, but during your stay, so that we could have reacted accordingly.

The best

The best property my husband and I have stay in. We are travelers and apartment 109 had all we needed and more. Super clean, great location for the beach, stores and restaurants, tranquil, comfortable overall. Definitely worth it. We will love to continue coming to make it as a relaxing and beach adventure destination.

Lovely Condo

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI! The condo was cozy and conveniently located. The kitchen was well equipped with all the main essentials we needed, the beds were comfy and we were excited to find beach chairs, rafts, umbrella and even a cooler to use for beach days. Check in was seamless and the owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Booking was easy (first timer). Very accurate description! Communication was good throughout. We managed to lock ourselves out and they were fast and nice about coming out late to let us in! Lovely place in great location. Need to leave instructions for tv/various remotes. Freezer is almost inaccessible with kitchen layout. Need better pillows. Third step going up is wobbly.

Clean and Comfortable!

We have been coming to AMI for the past 6 years and have stayed at various homes/condos. This rental was extremely clean and had the most comfortable master bed. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. The condo is exactly as pictured. We are very pleased with our stay!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed relaxing at the beach and the convenience of how close almost everything we needed was with in a short walk or drive. Next time we will be renting a golf cart for the week to get around town.

Wonder Property! Dont pass this one up!

Very clean! Stocked with EVERYTHING! Very close to Publix and other convenient stores and a gift shop. Close to the beach and trolley. Great for us because we do not rent a car. Trolley goes everywhere on the island. Dont miss this one folks!! Cheers 🍹🌴🐚🏖
