So much is within easy walking distance of this three-story, waterfront condo on the banks of the East Branch Pemigewasset River in Lincoln. Restaurants, shops, entertainment, the base of South Peak Resort - it's all less than half a mile from your door.

This multi-level condo is part of The Links, a riverfront property with an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, a fitness center, a pool table, a seasonal barbecue area and screened gazebo, a lending library and reading nook, and laundry facilities on its grounds. It's a spectacular setting for all-seasons adventure in the White Mountains. In addition to South Peak, you'll find Loon Mountain Resort (two miles), Whale's Tale Waterpark (three miles), the incredible fall foliage of the Kancamagus Highway, and all sorts of hiking trails close by.

Greet each morning with views of the Pemi River and the surrounding mountains and valley as you sip your coffee on the balcony. Take a stroll to get a classic breakfast out in town, or prepare your own in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

After a day spent skiing, hiking, or fishing, come home to unwind by the wood-burning fireplace, play board games at the dining room table, and watch your favorite movies via cable and streaming on the smart TVs. There's even a jetted tub in the primary bathroom to help you fully unwind.

Perfect winter getaway

We were looking forward to our stay based on the listing but were blown away by how much better it was when we arrived. The design was great, but the layout and warmth made this home so comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed much of the home but also appreciated how close it was to other things like a grocery store, several restaurants, skiing, ice castles and more. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great for families

Convenient to lifts and town. Comfortable and clean, with a well-supplied kitchen. The pool is off-property, which we did not know, but it is a nice amenity with a hot tub too. Very pretty views.

Beautiful property fitted with everything you could possibly want or need. Very clean and nicely furnished! Only problems were with the keys, only one key provided in lock box on the handle, 2nd lock box was empty. Also it was not clear to us where the pool was located, turns out it was in another complex across the street. Key cards left in our unit, marked pool did not work!
