LOCATION! LAST MINUTE DEALS ALL 5* REVIEWS Super nice & clean 1/1 with bunks in the hallway. This is a family friendly small complex right on the water. It is walkable to many restaurants, such as the famous Captain Andersons. Walk to Pontoon, jet ski rentals and dolphin tourist attractions. It's also near St. Andrews State Park and 1/2 mile to the sugar sand beaches. Enjoy a nice breeze off of the water on your large balcony with a gas grill. This unit is completely remodeled with coastal decor and a fully stocked kitchen. Linens are provided and 2 large flat screens with basic cable and ready to stream your favorites. The pool is just steps outside. 2nd story view, only accessed by stairs. Must be 25 to book.

Why they chose this property
This small complex is waterfront on the Upper Grand Lagoon. The views are great both day and night. It's super convenient to the beach, St. Andrews State Park, bars, restaurants and attractions and grocery stores.
What makes this property unique
My unit is the 2nd closest to the water for better views. I just added a new Fireplace and the unit is totally renovated with everything you will need for your stay.
