Important note: The apartment is in the rear of main home with its private entrance, patio area, parking space which none is shared with the home.

Once inside, the living room is very spacious, cozy, and modern at the same time in an open concept with the kitchen. Furnished with very comfortable sofa. The kitchen comes with all the main necessities (coffee machine, coffee pods, utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, etc.). The dinning area has a beautiful modern table that serves parties of 4.

The bedroom is equipped with a smart 70" smart TV with the most used apps and a a brand new King Sealy mattress which reclines as well and a twin inflatable air mattress. The bedroom also has a small office space with desk and very comfortable office chair. The bathroom is very spacious, with a very luxurious design which includes two sink style like vanity.

The backyard/ patio area is spacious, styled in a way that guests can enjoy a beautiful modern look yet comfortable patio furniture, romantic night lights, and lots of vegetation surrounding.

The apartment is provided with extra blankets, fun board games, towels, hair dryer, luggage rest, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more.
