In need of renovation, yet comfortable

Close to the national park beach, well located, but beware: the beach is in the national park and costs $7.5 per person per day. House as described, rooms large, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, all appliances (including air conditioning and washing machine, tumble dryer) worked perfectly. Downsides, as the house is very worn, all fittings, all door fittings loose, need to be replaced. All fly screen doors are falling out of their frames, we never opened them from the master bedroom to the terrace as a precaution. Host very easy to reach, and very quick to respond, couldn't have been better.
