WIFI so you can stream your favorite movie, a 3 bd home surrounded by & FLOATING on water, yet firmly grounded & packed with every amenity to make your trip complete! Wake up to wide open views of the water from every window and start your day relaxing on the front deck enjoying your early morning coffee. Spend the afternoons exploring the coves and cozy inlets on our pontoon boat or bring your own & park it under our private covered boat slip. The kids will love the swimming platform and all the toys we provide – floats, life jackets, lily pad, water skis, boogie boards, everything you’ll need for a great and memorable family vacation. Wind down after a fun filled day with a cocktail on the private back deck as the crowds disappear and the water settles peacefully - you’ll have the quiet all to yourselves.
The house offers a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, Blackstone, Wi-Fi, free parking, TV, AC, and a spacious outdoor dining area with plenty of seating. Cleaning fee of $150 and the pump out fee of $75 is a per stay fee. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
Located just an hour from Knoxville, Norris Lake offers a wide range of activities – choose from fishing, boating, water skiing, hiking, etc. or just relax and decompress on your own floating piece of paradise. Lake days truly are the best days!

Beautiful lake house! The kids swam 8 hours a day, the boat was super fun to check out all the swim coves and beautiful scenery. Cedar Grove Marina wasn’t the best to work with, would likely go to Bubba Brews next time for boat rental. Kim was amazing and responsive ! Great property with everything you would need. The swim mat, kayaks, boat, dock, beds, dish ware were all perfect !!

Fantastic Lake Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Therapy! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and heavily stocked with necessities! The owners were fabulous to work with! Easy to reach and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this rental!

Great little floating house.

We stay in floating houses quite a bit. This one might be one of the best we have stayed at. It was clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive. We will be staying here again.

This was an amazing stay. This property has anything you would want for a great stay on Norris Lake. The property and property managers were amazing and very timely with responses. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a floating house stay in TN.

We had a wonderful weekend on the lake thanks to Kim. The house was wonderful- exactly as advertised, very clean, and comfortable. Having the boat as part of the rental was another win for us. Highly recommend for your weekend at Norris.

Fantastic experience on the water

This has to be the coolest place we have stayed. For people that love the water, it cannot be beat. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Having a boat to explore the lake, was really great. Quick responses from owners on any questions. Kids loved riding around the house on the kayaks.

This property is such a unique getaway! Kim is the best host; a pleasure to work with. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. VERY CLEAN! Beds are comfy! The sunrises, sunsets, fishing off the porch and meals on the deck made for a perfect long weekend!

Great weekend getaway. Trip was to short. Stayed a Thursday-Sunday.. water was excellent and the house, I can’t say enough about.. they give so many extras ( toys ) that my two 20 year old boys had a blast.. I am wanting to book again for next year already. Host is very responsive if have questions. I would highly recommend this place.. .

Great location

Just overall beautiful. This place has everything you need in case you forget something . Super clean . Friendly neighbors. Quiet . Super fun. My daughter enjoyed swimming off the dock. The boat was a blast . Will be booking again.

Kim is amazing. Great communication. The floating house is a slice of heaven ❤️ incredible views, access to the boat is incredible. Price is amazing. House is immaculate. Can’t say enough. Me and my husband have stayed twice and can’t wait to go back. Hoping to go back every few months. Close to LMU… where our daughter is going to school. It’s the perfect location. Only an hour from Pigeon Forge. What an amazing experience. Thank you, Kim, for allowing us to enjoy such an amazing home.

It’s like staying on your own private island! What a great way to experience Norris Lake. We’ve stayed at many lake houses and even houseboats. This was our first time on a floating house. Perfect! The water is right at your door…no steps! The shade is right there…no dock in the direct sun. The food and drinks are right there…no hauling coolers. The bathroom is right there…no trips up 75 stairs. Talk about convenience. The house is very updated, clean, and well equipped. We cooked every meal for 5 days and it had everything. The two grills were awesome to have. The shed full of water toys was perfect to keep the kids and adults busy. Beds were super comfy. The bedrooms were small but worked well. You do have to be conscious of how much water is used so that gets a little getting used to. Short showers and don’t leave the sinks running. The included pontoon boat is showing age and the motor will go from point A to B…just not very fast. This was a super great house option for us to enjoy Norris Lake. Peaceful, quiet, convenient, and complete. And Kim was awesome to work with. You won’t be disappointed.
