Relax in your private bedroom/bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood in the small beach town of Morro Bay. You will enjoy privacy in your stay with your own entrance (no access to adjacent house).
The bedroom includes King size bed with airy-beach ambiance and high-end linens.
Listen to the waves from the open windows at night in this quiet neighborhood.
Your private bathroom includes new amenities (shower only/ no bathtub).
Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful ocean or take a five minute drive to the Embarcadero and enjoy delicious local food.
Have a wonderful day walking on the Embarcadero watching families of sea otters, sea lions, and people enjoying water sports (Surfing, boogie boarding, and Stand-up paddle boarding) or take a cruise on the local glass-bottom boat.
Seven minutes of driving north on the beautiful Scenic Coast Highway (Highway1) will get you to the town of Cayucos for dining and walking on the pier.

Great location and super responsive hosts

Awesome place to stay, walking distance to a lot of cool stuff in Morro Bay. Andrew and Hilary were super friendly and very hospitable. When we had a question about something they were super quick to respond. Would love to come back and stay with them next time I’m in Morro Bay. :)

Fantastic place!

We really enjoyed our time in Morro Bay! The room was clean and quaint, the owners had great communication and provided coffee for a perfectly lazy morning. They even left us an avocado as a going away present, which was very sweet :) Would 100% stay here again!

Haven of rest!

Absolutely the cleanest, cutest, haven from the world. Hosts were by far the friendliest without being intrusive. This rental is well appointed with thought being put into every detail. We will make this a go to again and again.

Quiet and relaxing

Overall we were happy with this unit. We needed to decompress from a 12-day cruise before flying 5+ hours home and staying here was consistent with that. It would have been nice to have a tv for news on Hurricane Milton but we used our phones. A place to hang clothes and a desk/ chair would also be nice.

Very nice room, ideal for a short stay

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very clean and very comfortable. Our hosts Andrew and Hilary were very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area , including places to eat etc. Morro Bay is a really nice place with lots of wildlife to observe, including sea otters which are often very close to the shore. We'd definitely stay here again

Nice clean room

The room is exactly as it is listed. It was clean and perfect for our quick overnight passing through. We didn’t arrive til late and left early in the morning but it was great for what we needed. The hosts are very personable and have a lot of little details taken care of.

Great weekend

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a great experience. Everything was as advertised and the hosts were great. It was a short drive to the main strip and the beach. Highly recommended for a couple’s weekend getaway.

Family wedding in arroyo grande

Our place in Morro bay was absolutely perfect for our family wedding weekend. Clean , cozy, cute and convenient ! A quiet retreat and perfectly appointed with all you need . As an extra treat our hosts left a sweet note , mints in our bed and a delicious avocado from their family farm ! A beautiful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and Friends !

Wonderful for Couples!

My fiancé and I stayed one night as we were passing through on the PCH. The hosts were so very friendly and responsive! The space is perfect for couples. It’s not very walkable to downtown, but a quick drive away. We loved all of the helpful sinage throughout the space! Highly recommended!

AWESOME hosts!!!

The Wilkies could not have been more helpful and understanding. I arrived late and they helped me find the place in the dark. Two different varieties of jasmine filled the courtyard and added to the sweetness of the stay. Big comfy bed and bath. Great communicators and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. So glad I chose this place!

Awesome Experience

Wonderful room tucked away at the top of a hill in beautiful Morro Bay. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly and gracious. The room was very neat and had everything you would need for a short stay. I highly recommend staying at their site, especially with the short distance walk to the ocean, and quick 2min drive to downtown.

Our hilltop home is located in a quiet neighborhood with opportunities for beautiful views in all directions... At the end of our driveway, you have an unstoppable view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. If you choose to walk (about eight minutes), you will have the opportunity to walk on the beach. If you would like to get fine dining and enjoy our Embarcadero, you can drive a few minutes and enjoy it all!
