Tropical Haven *A

This vacation home is a newly remodeled, stylish 2 bedroom and 2 bath that will sleep 6 with an additional Queen sofa bed.

There is a beautiful resort like backyard with a LARGE Saltwater heated/cooled pool with a baja sun shelf with umbrellas and seating! We maintain the pool temp year round at a very comfortable temp however we can not guarantee the weather in the wintertime.

The completely remodeled open-concept, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and opens up to the dining area with a table and 6 chairs. Off of the living room, guests can enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious private deck. There is also a gas BBQ grill near the pool.

A Full size washer/dryer easily is easily accessible on the main level.

The master bedroom has a king size mattress and the guest bedroom now has a king as well. Both have large new flat screen TVs, dressers, double nightstands, alarm clocks, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Both have their own private bathrooms with a newly remodeled master walk-in shower!

The duplex is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria, and less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.
