Fabulous!

We loved our stay at Hidden Dunes. Perfect location, clean and spacious, right on the beach. great view of the fireworks and a nice pool. Only issue the king size master suite needs a new mattress. It is very squeaky and loud. We want to stay again! Thank you

Wonderful property!!

Loved the unit. Plenty of room for my family and our fur babies. Beds were comfortable even the sleeper sofa. Have stayed in this unit before and hope to stay again in the future. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Very spacious loved the area as well as Hidden Dunes condo. Only issues needs some updates and not stocked well at all. By far the worst stocked condo we have ever stayed in, but because of views and location as well as the uncrowded beaches will definitely be back.

Great place, not great for college spring breakers

The resort itself was perfect. The entire interior and exterior were perfect with a lovely view. My group was all college kids and we ran into the problem that the resort was majority owned by retirees and snow birds. We had to be extremely cautious of the noise we were making especially after 10pm. I would stay again if it were just me staying.

Needs a deep clean

Loved the gated complex, pool and location. Loved the condo but the 2 issues were it needs a deep clean and we never did figure out how to sync the lights to turn them off or on without another room light coming on or off. The description of the sleeping/furniture needs updated

Spacey and relaxing get away

The condo was nice and very big. It was really clean. The condo looks way nicer in person than in the pictures too. The TVs have been upgraded and are all nice. The beds aren't super comfortable but being worn out from the sun it wasn't an issue falling asleep what so ever. The pool is very nice and always has plenty of chairs open. We had an issue with the hot tub and they came out and fixed it the same day. The balcony has nice chairs to sit and relax on. Overall it was great place to stay and was only 20 minutes from pier park.

Spoiled wife

The ladies enjoyed our time in this unit. It is very spacious and very nice. We thought it was especially nice because of all the space in the living area in which to gather. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are nice. The toilets need some work. The seat was off on the one in the master bath and you had to hold the handle down and the one in a front bedroom did not flush properly either. They did send someone to work on it but we were all taking showers since it was the end of the afternoon and we had just come in from the beach. He did work on the front one. The hot tub was very smelly and was on 105 degrees so it was too hot to get in but we cut it down and put some bleach in but it still smelled really bad so we did not use it. We never could get the tv in the living room to work except to watch a movie but we were not real worried about that. None of the issues were a big deal and we had a very nice time and this is a nice unit. It just needs a little pick me up. The elevators were very fast!

Spring Break Group

I stayed at this condo with a group of 10 people and we had a great time. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for us all. I had a few complaints, but they were mild. We had multiple run-ins with odd permanent residents in the common spaces. At one occasion, while the girls in our group were alone in the elevator, an older gentleman came in telling them that he lived there, asking them what floor and unit they were staying in, and becoming upset that they wouldn't tell him. In terms of problems with the condo itself, the hot tub was the biggest disappointment. They say it's drained and cleaned between every stay, but when we arrived it was filthy, with large amounts of hair and other gunk floating in it, and it wasn't even filled enough to be up to your waist when sitting in it. Additionally, it didn't heat up for our entire stay, despite attempting the "fixes" listed in the email. The bedding was also a small issue, as there wasn't extra bedding provided for the pullout sofa's, so I would recommend you bring your own blankets if you plan on using them. On our final day, the cleaning crew arrived two hours prior to our check out time, however, they did leave once they realized we were still there. My final complaint is that I never received any responses to my communication while I was there. I asked two questions about my stay to the number they had texted me from, but I received no answers. It's a beautiful location, and the condo itself is well decorated.

We loved everything about the room. We hope to stay their again, We alway come to Panama City, in Sept. But i have already look to see about makeing reservation for 0ne are two weeks, and was disppoined to find you don't have a full 7 days opened in the meddle of the month of Sept of 2026. I would like to tell you to, that after adding on Sunday, we had a man and woman and a little boy, who was standing outside of the door suspiciously knocking several times, and was told the first time we opened the door the phrase Never Mind! the next knock we answerd the door and the three was standing their asking when we was leaving. It was upseting, because we had no idea who these people was and what intentions they had.. It made us afraid to leave the room, not knowing if we came back the three people would be in our room. Other then that we enjoy our stay. Thank You!

Great space but kitchen supplies lacking

The condo is very open and spacious. Great location and view from the balcony. Excellent response and resolution when reported any issues with your condo. Elevators are definitely an issue as one was down the entire time and the other one often went down so we definitely got cardio in. They do warn you that the kitchen supplies are basic. I just don’t think I was quite prepared for how lacking it was. Otherwise great condo and I would stay here again.

Annual Girl's Trip, Great condo...but

We called 3 times about the condo needing small items fixed/maintained. They didnt show the 1st or 2nd time. 3rd time we called, the dryer quit. Maintenance finally came that day. Super nice man. Fixed our dryer with a small hack.
