The space

2 bedrooms. One with a queen, one with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. Two full bathrooms – once has a tub and shower combination. Comfortable sofa and chairs in living room. Flat screen TV in living room and bunk room. Dine in kitchen. Great views, great breezes. Everything is here waiting for you. The ocean is just across the road. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY.

This unit is the top floor of the home and is completely separate. The downstairs unit is listed separately. Separate outdoor spaces for both units. This unit has its own deck with unobstructed views of the ocean, along with a western facing deck off the bunk room. There are shared laundry facilities.

Other things to note
Kitchen stocked with basic condiments, dishes, glasses, silverware for 6 guests, pots and pans. All bed linens and towels for 6. Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Sand toys, Boogie Boards, Beach wagon to be shared with downstairs.

*** There are dune walkovers at almost every cross street off of A1A, however please note that some are damaged from last season's hurricanes and the repairs are ongoing. We do not know the completion dates. Some walkovers are open but the nearest one may be a few blocks away.***
