Peaceful guesthouse located just 1 mile from the AMP

Enjoy staying on our peaceful 3 acre property, yet only minutes from the Promenade Mall and AMP. Quick access to I-49 will take you quickly to all of the area attractions including the U of A, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville's bike trails, or Walmart headquarters.
While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including microwave, frig, stove, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
We live on the property and are onsite to insure your next stay is everything you want it to be.We would love the opportunity to host your next stay here in NWA.

One night for a concert

Stayed for one night to see a show at the AMP. Its a close drive to the amp. Considering the house is so close to town its cozy and country feel. Clean and more privet then i expected for a guest house. Adorable, clean and stunning windows for an open country view.

Adorable and convenient

My son and I recently stayed 4 nights while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The rental is attached to the back of a large garage, which concerned me at first, however I never heard the garage doors in use. The interior was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect! It's close to the interstate, shopping, groceries, and entertainment. If we ever come back to the area, we'd love to stay again!

Great spot! Holds a family of 4 just fine and is an awesome layout with great back patio. 100% be back for sporting events and concerts at the AMP which is so easy to get to and from.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s in a prime location to all things food, entertainment, highways etc. We loved how quiet, spacious, clean and cozy it is. Are biggest plus was how kid friendly the space is. We will definitely be back.

This was the prettiest, most peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet, clean and stocked with everything you need. Great location close to everything. Beds were very comfortable . I wish the bedroom had blinds or darker curtains because it was very bright as soon as the sun came up . Also there weren’t any window coverings in the main room, so felt a little exposed even though it’s a beautiful view.

Best VRBO yet

Our expectations were exceeded.The beauty, solitude and privacy were exceptional. Sunrise views through the huge windows, French doors and from the large deck were the perfect way to start our days.And, it’s a short drive to the Crystal Bridges museum, Bentonville Historic Town Square and restaurants and shopping.We’ll be back.
