*You may be able to check in up to 3 hours early. Please call or text my husband Rob so that we can make sure our housekeeper is finished.
*At this time, we do not offer late check out. Sanitation is important to us, and we like to make sure our housekeeper has plenty of time to get everything done. Do your best to check out as close to 10AM as possible.

SMOKING ANYTHING INSIDE THE HOME IS PROHIBITED. Please be considerate to your host, the housekeeper and our next guests. A $350 cleaning fee will be issued if the house smells like marijuana or cigarettes when my house keeper arrives. This is because additional cleaning, extra time and an ozone machine will be required, possibly delaying our next guest.

Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest" any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $75 fee.

If you encounter an issue during your stay, we will address and resolve it as quickly as possible. However, compensation will not be provided as an alternative to fixing the issue. Please text or call my husband Rob 4109997916.

No parties or events are allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refunds if this rule is not followed. Please consider the points below.

We’ve come out to this area of PA many times, this is our second time in Anneville. Great little town and university area. Property is a few short blocks off a main road. House is bright and clean. The master en suite was really nice to have.

Please tell folks that the keypad that they are to use is attached to the front door. We found the old keypad next to the door and had to call to discover that we needed to use the one ON THE DOOR. Otherwise our stay was Excellent. We enjoyed the house. It was easy to find and clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a delight. There were NO problems. Thank you for this nice place to stay.

We had all of the amenities necessary to make this such a homie stay. Everything was included, the neighborhood was adorable and had easy access to main roads and restaurants. Quiet area. The only thing that we would change is a little more attention to detail with cleaning. There seemed to be random items left behind in each room. Otherwise, this host was amazing!

Stay with wheelchair

We had a wonderful stay in Anneville. The highway was close and getting to Hershey Park was a breeze. My 8-year-old uses a wheelchair and while she could not roll into the house (there are two steps), the inside was very accessible. The hallway and shared bathroom were both big enough for a wheelchair. While the bathroom doesn't have any accessible extras, it was nice to roll in and turn around. Our family of 5 enjoyed the two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a comfortable couch in the evenings. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals and Instacart delivered from various stores. If you like to shop in person, Wal-Mart is a 10-minute drive.

Cute property

The stay was pleasant and the house was clean. We did find a few things we needed that werent there. We needed a cutting board and didnt have one and couldnt find mixing bowls or a set of measuring cups, there were only 2. We also went and bought kitchen towels as there were none for drying dishes. Maybe its something that will be added? There were plenty of towels and washcloths (all microfiber) for showering :) Three downsides, the neighborhood roads are narrow and the house although new does carry sound. We could hear everything going on in the kitchen and living room from the back bedrooms. So if you have a group and are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. You also can not have two people showering at the same time. We ran out of hot water in 5 minutes. Definitely had to stagger showers. With 6 people, that became a challenge. Overall, we really did have a great visit.
