Amazing stay -- Even Better Host

My group had a fantastic stay. The home is even better than it shows on the listing. Our host was exceptional in every fashion. She was responsive, helpful and kind. She assisted in securing safe transportation, reservations, private chef accommodations etc. I highly recommend this villa as an option if traveling to Tulum.

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful stay beautiful place and centrally located many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Host provided concierge service that allowed us to travel as a group of 13 easily. The host is the best host I have had through this ap. We had no issues. My family ranged from 21-70 and we all had a great tim!!

This is a clean and beautiful property - perfect for our large group of family and friends to celebrate by husband's 50th birthday. The kids (and adults too) loved the pool. The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful. At one point there was a power outage (due to Mexico playing in quarter finals of the world cup putting stress on the power grid), and she was very responsive and kept us posted about the situation and what was being done until it was fixed. An air conditioner in one of the bedrooms wasn't working, but she got it replaced ASAP and was just so kind, responsive, and very on top of taking care of things. The houses were cool, clean, and nice, plus it is located close to cute shops and restaurants. Loved it!
