Step outside to your own private patio featuring cushioned seating and bistro-style furniture—ideal for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. One of the studio's most memorable features is its unique garden-style outdoor bathroom, offering a one-of-a-kind experience that blends comfort with nature. Traveling with your four-legged companion? Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Please notify us at the time of booking so we can provide pet guidelines. Staying with a Larger Group? Elderberry Studio is one of three accommodations located on the Bostwick's Magnolia Manor waterfront estate. Quiet time is between 10pm and 7:00 am

Your dog is allowed however you must tell us when booking and there is a $75 per pet fee for cleaning separate from the rental fees.
