Great cabin with plenty to do with the family. Great location only 10 minutes to the strip. Cabin was clean and comfortable. The bedroom upstairs had trouble connecting to apps. Not sure if it was internet or the tv. Great overall stay.

Graduation Trip 2025

We had an amazing time here. The cabin was beautiful and super clean. The beds were soft and comfortable...it was great to have the pool inside as well as all the other ammenties ot has due to the heat this week. We were able to stay inside with the cabin and still have a wonderful time. It has easy access to the cabin from a paved drive so no 4x4 needed and it puts you so close to all the attractions of pigeon forge... We would definitely book this cabin again!

Relaxing

The rooms are plenty private and there is plenty for multiple families to do with the games swimming and pool table. The house was clean, one of the first I haven't felt like I needed to Clorox wipe down when I arrived.

Xmas vacation

We had an unforgettable week full of lasting memories. Youngest daughter missed the Tent/TP as shown in photos for reading time, but really enjoyed playing in the swimming pool.

Most everything was nice just a few suggestions The beds are very high for shorter people almost need a step stool, bed was super comfortable The shower on the main floor doesn’t drain very well , water pools in front and back of the drainParking is at a steep slope and not much room for other guests,, fortunately we didn’t have that problem this time The cleaning staff did a great job was very clean everywhere

Pictures do not give justice

This cabin was more than we were expecting! I was not expecting a hot tub nor theater room. The indoor pool had its own half bath and so did the theater. The whole cabin along with the rental staff was amazing.

Between the grill not working the first night, the lack of pillow options and the cleanliness of the floors I was not impressed for what I spent. Also the movie room TV while it said it was connected to the internet would not open up any apps so we could not watch anything in that room which was disappointing. Overall, the place has a lot of potential but the details are lacking for the price.

Overall, our stay had some positives, but also a major issue that would make me think twice about returning. The cabin itself was very nice—spacious, clean inside, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, and the kids really enjoyed them during our stay. The host also communicated well and was responsive when I raised concerns, which I appreciated. However, the biggest downside was the condition of the grounds. There was a lot of trash and litter around the property. I’ve stayed at many cabins and vacation rentals before and have never seen that much trash around the premises. The host did send someone out on our last day to clean up the trash in the back, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it was something we had to look at for most of the stay. While the inside of the cabin was nice and comfortable, the outside grounds really need better upkeep. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Hi Charissa, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the cabin itself, along with the pool, hot tub, and overall comfort of the home. Regarding the exterior grounds, we completely understand your concern. The condition you experienced was not reflective of the standard we aim to provide, and as mentioned during your stay, this was caused by an external issue outside of the cabin itself. As soon as we were made aware, our team took immediate action to have the area cleaned, and we’ve since implemented additional measures with the surrounding parties to help prevent this from happening again. We also want to highlight that all of our homes undergo routine cleaning and inspection prior to each guest’s arrival to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address this, and we hope to welcome you again in the future under improved conditions. - Ghosal Luxury Lodging
