This newly renovated, stylish, and modern home is a city oasis (equipped with full-house central heating and cooling!). Conveniently located with a direct view of the Green Lake, It is just a few miles from downtown Seattle. Within a short walk, you can reach restaurants and eateries along the green lake, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transportation.
This 1430 sq. ft. home was recently completed in August 2023. What you will order is the MAIN FLOOR of the whole house, includings 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms., living room, dining room，kitchen and patio as showing pictures. One large central living, dining, and kitchen area allows you to socialize and relax easily with your friends and family. Cooking meals should be no problem in the well-appointed gourmet kitchen.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautifully renovated and the beds very comfortable. Although it states up to 6 people, it wasn't equipped for 6. There were only 4 bed pillows, 3 towels, 3 hand towels, no washclothes or dish towels. I small pot and 1 large pot, no bakeware sheets. Thankfully, we took most of what we needed. Check-in was not provided until I asked for it at 1:30 the day of arrival. I felt that info was withheld unnecessarily until later than necessary. The next guest arrived around 9:30 am and tried to open the door and loitered on property while we were moving stuff out. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time here.
