Family weekend

Our family of 8 adults spent the weekend here for our son's graduation from SD Mines. This home is gorgeous! New construction in a new development. The location was very convenient - easy to get to from all areas of Rapid City. The view is awesome. You're in the city with a hills view! 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone space. We were expecting a 6th bedroom (the master bedroom closet is listed as a bedroom on VRBO listing), however, the space was more than adequate. The hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we return with a large group.

Wonderful Property

This property fit our needs perfectly! From the warm welcome of water in the fridge and candy on the counter to the immaculate condition of the house we loved it here. Michael responded quickly to our requests and everything that needed to be done was clearly laid out. We would highly recommend this property!

We have multiple properties in South Dakota that we rent out short and long term and we want our guests and long term tenants to enjoy our properties - we only buy properties that we would live or stay in.

We love this neighborhood so much, we actually live two blocks away and raise our family here.

Convenient to all that Rapid City and the Black Hills has to offer. Convenient to Ellsworth AFB for those visiting or transitioning.

What makes this property unique

It has amazing views to the east and the west as you walk around the neighborhood, or you can take in amazing sunrises from the patio or amazing sunsets from just down the block. Construction is ongoing, but this is one of the last houses to be built on the block and the street behind the house is not going to be worked on for another two years as development is going to be focused to the south and west.
