About this property

Relax by the sea at Casa de las Conchas. This newly renovated condo is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Spend a day at the beach or the pool and return to a beautiful condo with everything you need for a few days away. You can also enjoy feeding the ducks and turtles swimming in the lagoon. Eat at amazing seafood restaurants nearby, check out Bands on the Beach (a summer concert series), take a dolphin cruise, or tour Fort Pickens, a military fort from the 1800s! The possibilities are endless!

The condo sleeps up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms, a king-sized bed, a full bed and a pull-out couch. The condo offers a private balcony, three TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas and a fully equipped kitchen.

Please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Up to two dogs under 30 lbs are permitted. Cats are not allowed.

Why they chose this property

Casa de las Conchas is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. It's located just east of the central portion of Pensacola Beach, where there are fewer crowds and you can enjoy the sound of the waves. However, you're just a few minutes' drive (or free trolley ride) from the best restaurants on the beach.
