About this property

We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. Electric bike rental across the street. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room. WE ALLOW PETS BUT THERE IS A FEE!!

Great place for dogs!

Very centrally located to alot of attractions and good eats. 2 nice queen beds. Quiet neighbors which was a plus for our dog.

It needs a little love, but if you arent a perfectionist then this has all the amenities for an affordable price. Ben was awesome cant say enough good about him and his amazing property!

Great Dog Friendly townhouse

Although the outside looks a bit rough, the inside is clean and well appointed. Plenty of room and comfortable. Just down the street from restaurants and a short walk to the beach.
