This cozy apartment all renovated it’s right at the beach and can be added to the 3 bedrooms house Vrbo listing #458654 or rented separated. It is perfect for families , couples or friends get a way. It’s equipment with everything you will need , included beach towels , beach chairs and 1 umbrella . Sip your coffee or wine listening to the ocean sounds and enjoying the sunsets , take long walks at the beach , visit the turtle center and relax !

The host was very communicative and answered messages promptly. The directions and guidelines were clear. The location is perfect and has straight-out access to the beach. The back porch was relaxing. Close-by restaurants are very good, and one is pet-friendly, indoors!

Is a studio apartment not a 1 bedroom. The upstairs guests were a HUGE disturbance. Felt and sounded like a herd of elephants above us. There were 2 toilets on the carport that had just been changed out that no one bothered to dispose of. Seeing that as we pulled up to park was NOT a great first impression. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

We were very sorry about the toilets, they were removed on Monday, sometimes we can’t find services on Saturday or Sunday. We talked to the renters upstairs and they were very respectful of the quiet time but you were complaining about quiet time at 4:00pm in the afternoon, also it will be nice if you have left the property in a better shape and not as dirty as you did.

Sand dune prevents ocean view but a 1min walk over the dune and you are at the ocean. Outdoor area is awesome. Fenced area so dogs can relax. You can listen to the waves as you relax. Fire pit is awesome! Bed is comfortable.

Room was clean and perfect location. The only complaint was the group/ party that booked the rooms above ours. They were very loud and rude with no regard to other guests and felt entitled to use our porch furniture and amenities when they had their own place. Management needs to screen people better and not allow 10 people to a room……

When we initially got onsite we couldn’t unlock the door. The code was correct, but the door had to be pulled tightly shut in order for the automatic deadbolt to unlock. Host lives upstairs, and upon checking in stated if the trash wasn’t taken down on Friday there would be a fine… I took their trash down for them. I left the can down until the day we left, they never picked it up but rather used their neighbors can. Second day at 07:45 there was a cleaning crew scheduled to clean off the patio with 2 leaf blowers. Relaxing.Second night, when we got back there were 3 cockroaches in the middle of the room. Overall the beach was beautiful, but the property is poorly maintained and managed.

Price- price was well with in our budget. This was our 1st time using vrbo.Location- couldnt ask for a better location. We were on 1st floor and ocean view was blocked by dunes but step off porch and over dune and youre on the beach.Cleanliness- extremely clean.Inside- updated coastal theme. Fridge was a little small. Had all the kitchen and bath necessities youll need.Outside- clean and neat. The back deck we had had pleanty of seating and a hammock (which i used alot). There are outside showers to rinse the sand off on the lower decks. Pleanty of beach chairs and umbrellas. There was a firepit which we didnt use. Theres a pet area on the side. Negatives for our stay. Tv didnt work. Contacted host and host reported someone would be out to fix it but no one showed. Couldve been repair person fault. We thought it was a 1 bedroom but the bed was in the area you would considered the living room. We had our 18 yo with us so no privacy. Would be great for couples

One of our favorite places to stay when we visit. We've stayed here numerous times. We even stayed an extra night this year(on accident ) and the owner was very understanding/accommodating.My only complaint would be if anyone is in the unit above, foot steps are loud! It would not deter us from staying again though

Had the opportunity for a short staycation. As a local, wanted somewhere on the beach and this was very affordable and just a great location. The host was very responsive and I was very pleased with the stay and the experience and will certainly rebook in the future.
