Bring the whole crew to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the private tiki oasis in the back yard and practice your short game on the putting green. All while grilling poolside.

Only minutes away from airport, Scottsdale, ASU/Tempe, Downtown Chandler and Downtown Gilbert.

GOLF- within 10 minutes(Ken McDonald, Ahwatukee, Dobson Ranch, San Marcos, Foothills Golf Club, and Ocotillo. Multiple others within in 15-20 minutes.

*ADDITIONAL FEE TO HEAT POOL. We are pet friendly, but only allow dogs at this property. There is a pet fee of $75 per PET per stay.

Additional pet notes:

-A max of 2 pets per stay.
- No pets allowed in the backyard or pool area
- All pets must be on collar & leash while outside (front yard or park area)
- All pets must be picked up after. No potty remains allowed. You will be charged if all messes are not cleaned up after (inside & outside).
- If your dog destroys any property you will be responsible to replace/pay for the items.

We stayed here for my graduation from ASU and the house was great! A nice wine/beverage fridge in the living area, large kitchen and dining table and comfortable couch with blankets! Lots of space upstairs and comfortable beds, plus the washer and dryer are super nice to have. My 2 girls loved the pool and the yard is small enough that they are never too far away. There is also a super cute mural on the wall outside that was perfect for pictures! The plug in the master bathtub was a little difficult to push down and one of the smoke detectors went out while we were there so we just had to take it off the wall and couldn’t figure out how to permanently disable it (probably my own error - smoke detectors are my husbands job haha), so that was a tad annoying, but definitely not worth giving up a star for this place! I’d definitely stay again!

The house was amazing! Myself and 6 other friends stayed this past weekend & there was more than enough room! We had everything we need. It was close to a lot of restaurants, mall, and gas station. The host was easy to communicate with & was really quick with responding to my questions! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect home away from home. The shallow pool was perfect for our kids. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to many good restaurants and shopping areas. We will look to stay here again.

This location was perfect for our stay. It is close to shopping, grocery, and restaurants. Overall it exceeded our expectations. The pool was inviting and the entire property was very clean. My recent stay at this property was great. From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. The communication with the host was exceptional. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel really comfortable even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were satisfied to see that it was extremely clean. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We really enjoyed the back yard area as well. We had a great time sitting at the pool and using the fire pit at night. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.
