Nestled in the small community of Unionville, you will be moments away from over 30 Wineries, Standing Rock Farms, Lake Erie, The Grand River and The Spire Institute. Beautifully appointed and fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable, relaxing and memorable! Enjoy the neighborhood's peace and quiet, the park, or take a short walk to The Green Door Antique Shop! A great place to relax after a fun-filled day!
A renovated 1918 charmer that will delight with all the comforts of home. Offers a fully equipped Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 1 Bath, & Laundry room, as well as 1 Bedroom downstairs and 2 Bedrooms upstairs. Many original details, with fresh paint and updated style, Fast Wi-Fi, smart Tv's and electric fireplace for cozy ambiance and additional heat if needed.

KITCHEN
We provide basic cookware, dishes, utensils and small appliances. Also a small regular Mr. coffee pot, and a Keurig. You will have an assortment of pods to choose from, as well as sugar and creamer. There is a microwave, gas stove/oven and a new refrigerator. We DO NOT have a dishwasher.

EXTRAS

For the benefit of guest and host, we require a rental contract be signed online. (sent via email) and a copy of photo ID. This is simply a contract stating that you agree to the rules!

My husband and I are from Madison, Ohio. We have enjoyed traveling all over the world and have enjoyed the different cultures and meeting the wonderful people. We enjoy having the opportunity to host and make people feel comfortable and welcome while traveling.

I grew up on this street and have fond memories of this quaint neighborhood. It is quiet, charming and safe. It is also the perfect location, close to everything from the lake to the wineries.

Our property is cozy and comfortable. It was built in 1918 and has been upgraded with all the modern amenities and comforts of home. The historical neighborhood and close proximity to the Grand River Valley Wineries makes it very special.
