About this property

Casa Luna is a contemporary & artistic single-family, 2 BD/1.5 BA home, nestled in the trees on the north side of the island. It was designed and built in 2020 by award-winning architect, Daniel Snyder. It is a short walk (1/3 mile or about a 7-minute walk) to North Beach with restaurants, bars, live music, dressing rooms, showers and wide beaches. We are also a quick 4-minute walk to Jaycee Park with walking and bike paths, tennis/pickleball courts, picnic tables, a playground and disc golf course. From the minute you walk into the expansive screened porch with high ceilings, you'll fall in love with Casa Luna! Once inside you'll be in the living/dining/kitchen area with large windows and everything you need to feel right at home. There is a half bath too, before you reach the second floor with the hall bathroom, Master bedroom, second bedroom and loft area. You will be amazed at the use of space and the uniqueness of this gorgeous property.

What makes this property unique

Again, the contemporary style and uniqueness of this house make it different from most of the beach-style homes, but you will still get everything a house at the beach has to offer and then some. You feel like you are in a tree house and yet you are a few minutes' walk to the beach.
