Beautifully curated space just off Dimes Square and the new Nine Orchard hotel on the Lower East Side. Just close enough of a walk to all the great neighborhood offerings and just far enough from hearing the hustle and bustle of it all when you're finally back to this quiet den.

On the buildings top floor makes for incredible natural light throughout the apartment.

One bedroom with eat-in kitchen (two seat bar top counter). Cooking equipment and basic ingredients (e.g., oils, spices, etc.) provided.

Queen size bed with full dresser and garment rack. Large linen hamper and laundry bags included for longer stays - laundry and dry cleaning two blocks away.

Two Bluetooth-enabled A/C units - one in living room and one in bedroom.

29” computer monitor can act as work station or TV. Roku installed with Apple TV, Netflix, HBO Max and more!

Three blocks from the East Broadway F train subway station. Long term parking garage directly across the street.
