Why they chose this property

We moved to Salmon Arm from the lower mainland 1 1/2 years ago because we have good friends here. We really enjoy the relaxed lifestyle, wineries, ciderys, unique shops and restaurants

What makes this property unique

We have a 1930s detached home on a double lot. The garden suite is completely under our deck, so there is no noise to be heard from upstairs. It has 2 entrances, one off of the bedroom overlooking the yard. It is a mere 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and the wharf on the lake.
