Very spacious condo. It has all the things I look for in a beach condo. Big porch, garage parking, pool close by, and a short walk to the beach. I’d stay here again.

Comfortable Condo in a beautiful area

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious and comfortable and location close to the pool was great. Short walk to the beach.

This was an exceptionally well equipped rental. It really exceeded expectations. The proximity to the beach is great. Take a minute to locate the crosswalk because that’s the only true beach access path. The apartment is super nice with great furnishings and I’ll say it again - super well equipped! Aldo was a super organized and proactive host. The pool and tennis courts are very nice, but pickleball players be warned, that’s considered to be too loud, so it’s not permitted. No complaints really it’s a very nice resort.

Nice stay on the beach

The condo was great- well stocked, clean, homey, great location walking distance from beach. Pools are HEAVILY monitored by residents with clipboards and tons of rules (no music, toys, jumping into pool, balls, etc)- makes it a bit less enjoyable for families with small kids.

Wonderful condo! Easy check in. Very roomy and comfortable. Aldo communicated with all details and checked on us during stay. Fireworks on beach across the street were fantastic (4tth celebration).

My daughter & I went down for the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona but decided to stay in New Smyrna Beach; & I'm so glad we did. The area & condo were beautiful; & the short walk to the beach was an added bonus for me!!

The condo was easy to access from the elevator. It was a very comfortable unit with everything one needs for a vacation stay. I’d definitely rent it again.
