This one level condo offers an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining and living room flow into one great room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and bar seating for 3. The dining area with built in hutch, wet bar and round table, seats 6 guests comfortably and also has wonderful views of Strawberry Park lift.



The beautiful living room includes an oversized curved flat screen TV/blu ray DVD with a cozy table for 4 and access to the deck. The deck offers seating for 2, gas grill and amazing views of Beaver Creek Mountain.



Unwind in the master bedroom featuring a king bed and private sitting area with a sofa, flat screen TV/blu ray DVD and office desk. Relax in the large master en suite bath with a deep oversized jetted tub, separate walk in steam shower and double vanity.



Bedroom 2, located next to the master, has 2 twin beds and en suite bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3, located near the living and kitchen area, features queen bed and en suite bath with walk in shower. Both rooms include flat screen TV’s and blu ray DVD players.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We have been coming to BC every winter for the past 7 years. This condo has been our favorite so far! The condo is very close to the village and super convenient. Beautiful renovation in a prime location

We were super impressed by this unit. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. You also can't beat the location. Although it is not ski-in/ski-out, you are an easy walk to the Centennial Lift area where Ski School is located. You're right in the Village with quick access to all it has to offer, and the indoor reserved parking spaces are super convenient if for some reason you do want to go elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Ski Condo

We were very pleased with the accommodations, the proximity to the ski mountain, and the amenities. The condo was well, equipped, beautiful furnishings, and an abundance of bedding. Most notable, was the extremely prompt communications with the property manager. Keyless check in an entry was very simple and convenient. I would stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the condo at Beaver creek and loved the spacious warm feeling of the unit. We enjoyed the condo so much we had to force ourselves to go out and enjoy all the other things to do in the village at Beaver Creek. I would recommend to my family or friends to stay there. We were there for only 5 days but next time we will try to stay longer.

Great Condo

Beaver Creek Lodge 421 is a fantastic base for a few days of skiing. The condo itself is very clean and well supplied with kitchenware to cook. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 small children. The proximity to the ski school, mountain and restaurants/shopping are perfect as it is only a few minutes walk up the escalators or elevator. We would be happy to return to this lovely condo.

Thanksgiving Ski Vacation 2016

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo from 11-22-2016 to 11-29-2016. Perfect location, quality furnishings, beautiful views. We did not have a car and did not need one. All skiing, shops and restaurants are a short walk from our door, We love Beaver Creek ! We will definitely come here again. Make your reservation here, you will love it also.

Outstanding!

We stayed at 421 for four days in August and could not have been more delighted. We visited Beaver Creek with another family that stayed at Beaver Creek Park Hyatt. Their place may have been more fancy but ours was with out a doubt a better place to stay. 421 was extremely spacious and had every amenity imaginable. The kitchen is fully stocked that rivals my own kitchen at home. The grill was very useful as well and used it on more than one occasion. Location is right in the village making it accessible to all Beaver Creek has to offer within walking distance. Our friends that stayed in the Park Hyatt were over at our place much of the week because it was so much more comfortable and spacious than their place. 2 parking spots came in handy as well. If we do return to Beaver Creek this will be where will be staying without reservations!
