This one level condo offers an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining and living room flow into one great room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a Gaggenau oven, ceramic cooktop with hood system, Viking refrigerator, trash compactor and bar seating for 4. The dining table seats 6-8 guests comfortably and has wonderful views of Strawberry Park lift.

The beautiful living room has ample seating, 46” flat screen TV and access to the large deck. The deck offers table seating for 6 plus additional lounge seating for 4, gas grill and views of Strawberry Park.

Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king bed, 40” flat screen TV and ensuite bath. Relax in the large master ensuite bath with a deep oversized jetted tub, separate walk in steam shower and double vanity.

Bedroom 2, located next to the master, has 2 queen beds, 40” flat screen TV/DVD, access to the large common deck and ensuite bath equipped with a glass enclosed tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3, located near the living and kitchen area, features king bed, 40” flat screen TV, additional seating, small private deck with seating for 2 and ensuite bath with single vanity and glass enclosed tub/shower combo. Awesome, awesome, awesome. As they say its all about the location. Can't be better.

One of the best if not the best location in Beaver Creek Village. The apartment is super spacious, clean and well equipped. It can't get any better than this!!!

9/28/2025 Overall: This is a really nice place in a super location! Location: 5th floor condo in a 6-floor building. 2 parking spots in a private parking garage. About 1 block from the lifts. Sits next to the outdoor shops and restaurants area.Views: Great view from the patio. Can see the slopes and trees on the mountain.Condo Condition: Very good, but a little outdated. Humongous refrigerator and a kitchen stocked better than any place we've ever stayed. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry room has very nice washer and dryer. Lots of towels and separate hot tub towels. Coffee pot as well as a Keurig. Wine glasses and all the utensils you'll need.Hot Tub: 6 person (I think). Very well maintained and very clean. Max temp setting says 104, but I think it's more like 101 degrees. It's hot enough for sure. This condo is well worth the cost. We went to see the Aspen's changing colors, and it was an awesome location for that! Lots to do in this area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Vail isn't far down the road so there's always something to do. Golf course looked amazing!!!

Dream Trip...wish we could have stayed longer!

We've stayed everywhere "ski" from Whistler to Jackson Hole, and we have to say the people and service at Beaver Creek by far is the classiest, most friendly. People here are not "employees" they are more like volunteers - they live in the area, enjoy the resort, and WANT to be here. Sure it's a higher class than Vail and most other resorts, but no one here is conceited. They are caring, always asking if we need anything, always around to help and guide. The condo we stayed at was beautiful! Four Seasons class, spacious, luxurious beds, clean large bathrooms. The only awkward note is the artwork - a little in appropriate for our young kids. But otherwise, the location was steps away from the lifts, everything in the unit worked great, and the view was right up against the mountain so we could see the kids coming back from their lessons. We only wish we had stayed longer, one week is not enough at this resplendent condo/resort/ski location. Amazin experience, highly recommended!!!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay! Chose the property due to the location and proximity to the bottom of the mountain due to my elderly mother traveling with us. Work out wonderfully. Only minor complaint is that the bathrooms could be updated, but they were as advertised in the photos. Would recommend a stay and could likely stay there again in the future.

Annual Ski Trip

We are two families that travel together each year for a ski trip. This was our first time in Beaver Creek and we adored this property! Location, amenities, and comfort are just a few features this property has. We enjoyed the hot tub being right in our room after a long day of skiing. Another plus was the garage parking. We will definitely be back next year!!!

Perfect location

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s walking distance from the village and all the restaurants. The home itself is very comfortable and the management company couldn’t have been more responsive. While the home worked very well for our family the air conditioner did not work well so it was pretty warm at night. All in all we had a great vacation in this home.

Great vacation spot!

This condo is clean, comfortable, spacious and well-located in the village. It was convenient to rent skis at the Christy Sports located in the building and it was just steps to get to the Centennial lift, shops and restaurants in the village. Garage parking was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic BC

Disappointed that we were not told that the pool was under construction. Another pool available but was not convenient for small children. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend the unit.

Location and cleanliness were 5 star. We had to fix bathroom tub door and bunk room folding doors Missed a Keurig , pots and pans were mediocre. Handle fell off No pizza cutter Place needs updating - living room furniture and counter tops ! Other appliances were great Bedrooms were fine

Great Property / Great Location

Four bedroom format in a modern, well kept unit was perfect for our family and plus 1’s. Full size kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook at home part of the trip. Living area was comfy and WiFi and electronics all worked without a hitch. Ski storage at Christy’s worked out really well and a short walk and we were right at the escalators to take us up to Centenial. Pair of indoor parking spots were convenient. We’d stay again. Thx!

Great for Families

From the check in to check out this place has it all. Quick and easy communication with the property manager. Condo location was perfectly located for quick ski in and ski out. The lodge staff was hands down the best and most helpful. The property was as described in listing. There was so much to do that we couldn’t do it all in a week. Our children’s first time see snow and skiing will never be forgotten and they are hooked! We will be back for sure and this is the top of our list of places to stay! Thank you all so much!!

Resort, condo location in the resort and condo itself were amazing. We had college age kids and a grandfather with us. It was one of our best trips ever. Unfortunately, the private hot tub would not heat up high enough to use for most of the trip. The iTrip folks were helpful and did get it working the last day. It was a new addition, so we understood they were working out the kinks to get it running correctly. The one thing that made the trip rough for us was the firmness of the beds. Our family sleeps on super soft beds with foam toppers for cushion. These beds are very firm and despite adding pillows, we could not get comfortable and got very little sleep. If you can't sleep on a firm bed, then this place is NOT for you. But if a extra firm bed does not cause you to have back pain or prevent you from falling asleep, then I would give this place 5 stars plus.

Loved this condo

Beaver Creek Lodge #512 exceeded our expectations for our summer vacation at Beaver Creek. First off, the unit was very clean. Even the patio was clean and ready to use. I can be a bit of a hotel snob, but I had absolutely no complaints with the unit. We had more than enough room for our family of 4. One of the reasons we rented this particular condo was for the view and it did not disappoint! We loved drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the balcony in the morning watching the hummingbirds fly around and enjoying the view. The condo is a short walk to everything in the Village and the covered parking was a bonus. We can’t wait for our next trip to Beaver Creek and hope to rent this unit again.

A complete nightmare!!!

I will start by saying I sent a very detailed email to your customer service as you all requested. I sent videos and details. I still haven’t received any communication or resolution. Basically the vacation quickly turned into a complete anxiety provoking disaster. The unit next to us was under complete demolition for the entire week and ALL DAY LONG. Apparently we didn’t deserve to know or even given a chance to make other arrangements. We felt as though we were held hostage with no where to go. No way could you even hear yourself think. The entire family was left stressed and my 6 year old granddaughter left afraid and crying all the time. She thought that the there was something coming thru the walls and even the toilet. She thought the building was falling down. We were unable to work as were were doing both remote working and vacation. It was a complete disaster. No one ever responded to the many written messages thru the VRBO site. When we were able to talk to someone, after trying to find phone numbers that weren’t supplied. It was a management company who said they couldn’t do anything. They wouldn’t put us in contact with the owner. We had no where to go as Beaver Creek was completely full. As confirmed by your customer service. Even your customer service couldn’t get anyone to answer. Yes I noticed that the once completely booked unit us no longer there. I guess we were the ones to pay the price.
