Check in process was a breeze and the communication with the host was great. All of our questions were answered within minutes. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels and very clean. Plenty of room and decorated with some unique art pieces. Loved the balcony out front. The balcony in the rear needs some new furniture but was not a problem for just the two of us. Was wonderful with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and lots of local pedestrian traffic which made us feel secure. A nice coffee shop on the corner nearby, Daniella's was superb. Everything was within walking distance, including King Street or a short Uber ride. We parked our vehicle and never used it. Recommend highly Church and Union for dinner and 82 Queen for brunch. Reservations at least a week in advance are required most places. Just something to keep in mind when planning the trip. Will most definitely be back to this cozy abode.
