Perfect For Game Weekends!
This Native limestone country retreat is perfect for those searching for a true game day get-a-way. Situated on 2 acres only 5.9 miles from Kyle Field and less than a mile from Veteran's Park. A private country atmosphere while still close to all of Aggieland.
This open concept retreat offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 6-8 people. There are enough beds to sleep 6 comfortably and there are also aero beds available upon request for more. Master has a King sized dual adjustable ergonomic bed. Other bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom - two twins. Plenty of kitchen space with stainless steel appliances and a gas range for those who enjoy cooking in. A gas is provided grill on the back patio for those who wish to 'grill out'. The spacious den offers a 60 inch TV and plenty of seating for keeping up with the game! A large dining room table offers ample seating for 8 people. Recently refinished hardwood floors(ice storm!) and concrete countertops help put a unique touch to the home. The front patio is perfect for a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee and you are likely to see some of the many deer that wander through the property. At night, enjoy the back patio under the stars or turn on the party lights for a group get together. There is plenty of parking so those arriving in several cars can easily come and go.

Originally from Southern California, moved to Texas from Arizona in 1986 for spouse to become professor At Texas A&M University. My late husband and I raised our 3 children here in Aggie Land. I own and manage 5 long term residential lease properties in town that cater to students and families.
Why they chose this property
This home is right around the corner from the large custom country home my husband and I built to raise our children in. After his passing, this house became available and was completely remodeled to become the happy hideaway home for me.
