10 houses away from the beach on the highly sought-after North End of Ocean City, you'll be able to see and hear the ocean from the spacious porch which is gated for safety. Walk to everything - ice cream, coffee, local deli, and minutes to dining - Island Grill, Oves and Browns, Doozy’s, and enjoy the boardwalk, entrance just at the end of the block on the quiet North End where the boardwalk starts! Also close to Asbury Ave. downtown shops and restaurants. Ride bikes in the beautiful Gardens section of OCNJ just blocks away! Short ride to Atlantic City, Margate (Lucy the Elephant), and other Cape May county landmarks. Property has outdoor shower and beach cubby for storage - beach chairs provided for convenience. 4 beach tags provided. Street parking only. Guests must purchase damage insurance.

*Guest limit is 7. This space is great for families.

*We do NOT allow Senior Week rentals, parties, pets or smoking. No exceptions.

*A minimum age of 25 years old is required to rent and tenant must be a guest (we do not allow for someone other than the guest to sign a lease on behalf of others who are under 25).

*Like most other local rentals, we provide pillows and coverlets, but we do not include linens/sheets or bath/beach towels. We do require use of linens.

To book your vacation, we do require a signed rental agreement for your stay along with payment of your deposit and 50% of your weekly rental rate. This initial payment shall be made sent within seven business days of receipt of the signed rental agreement. The second and final payment (the remaining 50% of your weekly rental rate) shall be due before your check-in date as set forth in the rental agreement. To generate the rental agreement we will need the name(s) to appear on the agreement, your home address, and a list of occupants that will be staying with you.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishwasher and washing machine must be empty

Additional cleaning fees will be assessed if there is a mess left. This includes the porch and exterior of home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash and recycling must be put out - schedule is on fridge. All trash must be taken out before checkout. Cleaning fee will be charged if not followed
Rear stairs are for emergency exit only and should not be used
No Senior Week rentals. Also cannot book without damage insurance or security deposit.
